AiLearn Product

All of them - AiLearn was built to be exam board agnostic. When you sign-up for AiLearn, you can tell us your exam board and we will only keep the content relevant for that exam board that you are sitting.

AiLearn is the only tool on the market that focuses on delivering an educational experience that is guided by the evidence-based use of deliberate practice to build expertise in Mathematics. Deliberate practice is short and sharp, focussed sessions of practice (unsurprisingly), where a student repeatedly tries to learn a skill through . The skill they are studying is slightly outside of their comfort zone, such that they have to focus, but not so difficult that they become discouraged by failure. The role of a teacher is also very important to deliberate practice - they provide focussed and specific feedback to the student so that they can correct their errors as they build their new skill.

This is the where AiLearn's power lies. AiLearn breaks down the maths curriculum in to bitesize chunks, with questions on every section for students to test themselves on. Our custom Maths engine acts as a personal coach for each student. Using machine learning, we adapt to the individual learner, serving questions most appropriate for them. Like goldilocks: not too hard, and not too easy. We also provide personalised feedback, so that each student can identify and improve the areas that they struggle on the most.

You can see the academic research that underlies evidence for the benefits in skill attainment from deliberate practice here, here, and here.

No - we do not currently host any past papers. However, AiLearn has the functionality to build you your own custom "revision papers", covering any topics you wish. This could be the whole curriculum, a sub-set of areas you are interested in or a selection of questions that AiLearn believes will help you improve your performance the most.

Honestly, it depends on how you want to use it. AiLearn has over XX hours of lecture content, so if you want to go through all of this, it is going to take time. If, though, you simply want to use our custom maths engine to practice questions and revise, then you can use the tool for less time. If you are using it purely as a revision tool, then either 6 weeks before your first exam or you have your end of year exams.
